The truth about who actually ran Patrick (Jason Thompson) and Sabrina's (Teresa Castillo) car off the road, inadvertently causing the death of their son, Gabriel, could soon come to light on General Hospital.

Patrick and Sabrina Pick Baby Names?

Now that Gabriel has died following complications after being born far too prematurely, both Patrick and Sabrina aren't in a good place, and friends and family are going to try their hardest to help cheer them up.

Sam (Kelly Monaco) will also need some cheering up because it looks like she has lost Silas (Michael Easton) now that his wife Nina (Michelle Stafford) is back -- and to keep herself busy and not think about it, she will offer her help to Patrick on the Wednesday, June 11 episode.

Patrick Struggles With Telling Emma About Gabriel's Death?

"I want to help you through this," she says in a preview clip for the episode.

Previously, potential suspects in the accident included Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary) Ava Jerome (Maura West) and Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Luke was suspected as responsible by Spencer Cassadine (Nicolas Bechtel), after Luke threatened he would go after Emma (Brooklyn Rae Silzer) when Nicholas said he knew that Luke was doing something to Sonny.

Carlos (Jeffrey Vincent Parise) suspected Ava, after she threatened to harm Sabrina when he told Franco (Roger Howarth) that he hadn't killed A.J. Quartermaine. Britt was suspected by Anna (Finola Hughes) because she arrived on the scene to help Patrick and Sabrina very quickly. However, none of them may have in fact been involved in the accident.

Rafe (Jimmy Deshler) will be caught getting high in the park by T.J. (Tequan Richmond), and he could very well have a disturbing memory of that night -- revealing that he caused the accident by driving while under the influence.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 2 p.m. on ABC.
