Danita's Children works to bring meals and care, as well as an education for over three hundred children. It was founded in 1999 by Danita Estrella Waits in Ouanaminthe, Haiti. Originally the organization started out caring for a little over a dozen children in a small home, but has grown over the years to make an even greater impact in the community. They recently celebrated fifteen years of service back in January.

Underwood has not posted any photos or updates via social media since she left for Haiti sometime last week. Amidst pregnancy and divorce rumors she remains happily married to NHL player Mike Fisher. The couple tied the knot back in 2010. Based on the current information, it looks like Fisher did not accompany his wife to Haiti for the mission.
