Rolling Stones front man Mick Jagger and British musical icon David Bowie were at one point sexually intimate, according to a controversial biography.

In "Mick:  The Wild Life And Mad Genius Of Jagger" book author Christopher Anderson claims that Jagger had a long-lasting love affair with Bowie.   Although Bowie's antics do not come as a shock, the Jagger allegations come as somewhat of a surprise as he has vehemently denied the accusations calling them "complete rubbish."

According to the biographical best seller, both stars family and friends were the ones who confirmed the details on the rumored rendezvous.

After meeting each other in the 70's, the two megastars allegedly became quite fond of each other on a physical level.  Further reports claim that their relationship instantly escalated.  Coined the "glitter era," the unlikely pair apparently bed-rocked it out to what was accepted by many as the bisexual revolution.

As far back as 1990, the affair was briefly exposed on "The Joan Rivers Show" by Bowie's jilted ex Angie Bowie.  Although she first got cold feet when confronted on the topic, she eventually took full advantage of the recently expired ten-year gag order that was arranged and let the proverbial dirty flood gates open on her famous ex.  "I caught him in bed with men several times.  In fact the best time I caught him in bed was with Mick Jigger," dished Angie.

She then further indulged to shock jock Howard Stern that the two men "certainly did" have their clothes off.

Bowie's lawyer eventually drew up a letter calling the gay love affair details "an absolute fabrication."   Oddly enough, Angie then changed her tune and began vehemently denying her very own statements claiming the two were "only passed out in bed."

You can't always get what you want.  But if you try sometimes you get what you need;  just ask David Bowie, but not Mick Jagger or his lawyers!
