After a long battle with several towns in Mississippi over their desire to film in them, it appears CMT's Party Down South has found a season three home.

'Party Down South' Not Welcome In Mississippi?

The cast crew have been spotted setting up tents in front of the Biloxi Beach Company, and some members of the cast were even spotted wearing the company's t-shirts on June 27.

Filming appears to already be underway, as local residents spoke to WLOX and talked about their experience appearing on-camera as they tried to find out more about the show.

Poplarville, Mississippi Wants 'Party Down South' To Film There?

Two brothers, whose last names weren't revealed, said they were told to act natural and just goof off in the sand at the beach.

"I acted like my little brother was chasing me," one of the brothers, William, said.

The cast has also been spotted filming in St. Martin, Miss. but contrary to what the cast is seen doing on the show, they have been largely low-key while there.

"They came in one by one. And it was kind of like a little excitement because they go up to the top of the driveway, and they would drop off their suitcase, and there's a bug huge pool in the back, and they would hoot and holler," neighbor Terri Mason told WLOX. "They have been very respectful. We don't hear anything from them."

The show's production crew was originally supposed to film in Ocean Springs, Miss. but met major resistance from the town.

The show follows eight young southerners as they work and party during the summer in different Southern locations. It stars 31-year-old Josh Murray of Louise, Miss; 28-year-old Lyle Boudreaux of Lafayette, La; 33-year-old Ryan 'Daddy' Richards of Orange Beach, Ala; 26-year-old Walt Windham of Frankfort, Ky; 21-year-old Lauren White of Pineville, La; 24-year-old Mattie Breaux of Gheens, La; 23-year-old Taylor 'Lil Bit' Wright of Rockingham, N.C. and 25-year-old Tiffany Heinen of Eunice, La.

Party Down South airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. on CMT.
