A day that was supposed to be chock full of bliss and happy occasions in Salem has quickly turned into a day that town residents would much rather forget on Days of Our Lives.

E.J. and Sami's Wedding Descends Into Chaos?

E.J. (James Scott) is supposed to be enjoying his wedding reception with his once-again wife, Sami (Allison Sweeney)-but the happy events took a sour turn when Rafe (Galen Gering) showed up with an arrest warrant for him, after proof appeared at the police station that he was guilty of a crime-tax evasion.

Now, he is positive that his father, Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) has set him up and put him in jail because he didn't approve of E.J. marrying Sami again-but he may be looking to the wrong person for his current misfortune.

Sami Makes Abigail Uncomfortable?

What E.J. doesn't know is that his secret affair with Sami's maid of honor Abigail (Kate Mansi) isn't actually a secret anymore-and Sami knows everything. She was plotting a secret revenge against the two of them for betraying her, but pretended like nothing was wrong to their faces. She has made several pointed comments, but never given away that she knows the truth and is seriously angry about it. While it's unclear what exactly she has planned for Abigail, this is likely her revenge for E.J. in action.

Another happy occasion was set to happen on the same day in Salem, as the senior class of Salem High prepared to graduate-including Abigail's little brother J.J. (Casey Moss), and his girlfriend, Paige (True O'Brien). However, even this event won't end happily, as J.J. and Paige's feuding mothers, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) and Eve (Kassie DePaiva) will continue their battle over Eve's lawsuit.

Eve recently returned to town and began taunting Jennifer almost as soon as she arrived-and then slammed her with a lawsuit claiming the royalties Jennifer has collected on their onetime shared husband's book are also rightfully hers-and she wants the money. The battle between these former foes will get so intense in fact, that it will put a serious damper on the happy occasion.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
