The romantic clip shows the couple singing to each other in a field and later on a city rooftop. "I just want to believe in you and me," they sing in unison.

Scarecrow, co-written by Martin Johnson and Sam Hollander, is the lead single off Alex Kinsey, 22, and 23-year-old Sierra Deaton's first studio album.

"We think that Scarecrow is a really good first look at the album," Kinsey said in a recent behind-the-scenes promotional video. "I think that it explains our personalities pretty well. It's a fun song. It's really exciting and we hope that people really gravitate toward it like we have."

Alex also explained his hopes for the group's first album dropping this summer. "Hopefully, some day, maybe the songs from this album can be something that people recall memories with and that they associate good times and bad times and sad times and happy times with," he said.

Fans will be able to pre-order the album next week. "That's wild for us to even type. ah! more details will keep comin' out :)" the two tweeted on July 9.

The couple won the third season of X Factor after being mentored by judge Simon Cowell. They are the first group and only to win the American edition of the competition show.
