On Netflix's Orange is the New Black, best friends Taystee (Danielle Brooks) and Poussey (Samira Wiley) spent most of Season 2 in conflict, but if the actresses get their way, they will go back to being friends in Season 3.

Red's Journey In Orange is the New Black Season 3 Will Be 'Utterly Unpredictable'

Taystee and Poussey were divided in Season 2 as Vee (Lorraine Toussaint) corrupted the prison with her manipulations, but now that she's out of the way, the two friends will likely get back to getting into mischief together. Brooks and Wiley spoke with TVGuide.com this week and previewed what they thought would go down in Season 3, which is currently in production.

"I think that going through trials and tribulations in any sort of relationship only deepens the relationship and makes people closer and stronger," Wiley explained. "So I'm hoping for a season full of love between Poussey and Taystee in Season 3."

Brooks added, "Yeah, just them two being mischievous together. I'm hoping that there isn't much more conflict with them together."

The two characters ultimately bonded again in the Season 2 finale once Taystee saw the error of her ways in trusting Vee.

Very few details are known about the third season of Orange is the New Black other than some casting info. Laura Prepon, who plays Alex in the series, will be a series regular again in Season 3 after only appearing in four episodes of Season 2. Additionally, Oscar-winning actress Mary Steenburgen will join the cast as the mother of "Pornstache" (Pablo Schreiber).

Orange is the New Black Season 3 is expected to begin streaming in Summer 2015. Seasons 1 and 2 are currently streaming on Netflix.
