The Mentalist will soon have a new FBI agent to contend with. Make It or Break It's Josie Loren will enter the faux psychic's life in season 7 as Agent Vega.

Loren, who's casting was announced by TV Line, will find working with Jane (Simon Baker) to be a bit of a challenge but, then again, who doesn't?
A green agent just getting her sea legs after the academy, TV Fanatic reports that Loren will be a by the book, no nonsense type of gal. Unfortunately, those are two things Jane is most definitely not.
"She's never heard of Jane, knows nothing of his methods or past, and casts a skeptical eye on his unorthodox, rule-busting ways," TV Line announced on Friday.
Luckily for Vega, she is not the first agent that needed to adjust to Jane's conniving ways. The ever-suave Jane had to win over Agent Dennis Abbott (Rockmond Dunbar) and Agent Kim Fischer (Emily Swallow) just last winter, and the fact that the mentalist managed to bring Cho (Tim Kang) over his side shows he can win over even his staunchest opponents.
The two better learn to play nice, especially considering Loren could become a series regular.
