It looks as though Bethenny Frankel's messy court battle with her soon-to-be ex-husband Jason Hoppy isn't over yet. The former reality television star and talk show host was spotted leaving a Manhattan Supreme Court on Thursday, where she was still fighting over how to divide her assets with Hoppy.

Is Bethenny Frankel's Legal Battle With Jason Hoppy Causing Her Millions?    

According to inside sources, Frankel refuses to split up her $55 million dollar fortune. Her legal team along with Hoppy's lawyers have had difficulty dividing the ex-couple's assets among other matters in their case, too.

Frankel is hesitant to share her fortune, which was mostly built from the sale of her Skinnygirl Cocktails line to Beam Global back in 2011. Sales of Skinnygirl soared before the couple's marriage hit the rocks, but dropped 26 percent last year.

Meanwhile, it seems as though Hoppy might be competing with Frankel on a whole different matter by trying to grab headlines of his own.

The 43-year-old father of Frankel's daughter Bryn was recently spotted sporting some very pink nail polish while he was out and about in New York City. Many are speculating that his 4-year-old daughter might have given his father a manicure, while others are saying that his nails look a little "too perfect" for a toddler to have painted all by herself.

Either way, it seems as though Hoppy is trying to get a little attention for himself by sporting the new look in public.

Just last week, Frankel herself was criticized for wearing her daughter's pajamas and posting a picture on her Instagram account.

In the photo, a disheveled Frankel has on a Hello Kitty nightshirt along with a pair of shorts and slippers. She captioned the pic with, "This is my daughter's nightgown and PJ shorts. Think we're ready to start sharing clothes yet?"
