Kate Gosselin can't seem to get a break from all the bad press surrounding her lately. According to a new report, the former reality television star is being accused of physically abusing her children to the point that she was scared she would injure them.

Kate Gosselin Admits That She Sometimes Cries Behind Closed Doors

According to Radar Online, Robert Hoffman says in his tell-all book Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled The World, that Gosselin used to spank her children on a regular basis and had a particular "stress meltdown" when she lashed out at her son Collin.

"The kids were outside playing and Collin poured some beans on the floor and was sent inside. He didn't like that so he knocked down some highchairs in the kitchen and that set Kate off," Hoffman writes in his book.

He added, "Kate said that she was instantly so SO angry that she grabbed him and spanked him as hard as she could and thought that she may seriously injure him so she sent him to his crib and whipped him into it very hard."

Meanwhile, it also looks as though Kate Gosselin is having a hard time finding help these days, and that's mostly because her former employees keep on dishing the dirt on how difficult it was to work with her. The reality star's former nanny reveals that Gosselin often made it very hard for anyone to work in her home unless they abided by her rules, and her rules only.

The former employee is now telling media outlets that Gosselin had a list of rules in a manual book that her nannies and housekeepers had to abide by and that she had so many "pet peeves" that it was hard to get anything accomplished in her house.

"We always had to refer to the manual because it listed her pet peeves," one of Gosselin's former nannies tells E! Online in a new interview on Wednesday. "You couldn't put anything on the ground. You had to put shoes in a certain spot. You couldn't close doors loudly. You could only vacuum during certain times of the day if she was home."
