Google's Nexus 7 tablet is almost completely sold out across the country.

There have been signs stating " SOLD OUT" both online and offline at retail outlets around the country for the ASUS-manufactured device.

According to several reports, 3rd party retailers are attempting to get more units of the popular device in stock. If you would like to get one of the few items left for purchase see below.

According to Slash Gear the following stores no longer have the Google Nexus 7 tablet in stock:

  • GameStop
  • Office Depot
  • Staples
  • Kmart
  • B&H NYC
  • MobileCity
  • Sam's Club
  • Curry's PC World UK

As of press time, the only place to get the sold-out unit is at Google Play store

The 16GB model of the tablet is completely out of stock at the moment but the 8GB model of the tablet is still available for purchase.

The Google Play online shop currently has 3-5 day shipping option listed to the smaller of the two tablets.

Google Play is also offering an added bonus for a limited time. A purchase of a Google Nexus 7 tablet includes $25 of credit to spend in the Play store, as well as some great free content like your own copy of "Transformers: Dark of the Moon."

Slash Gear suggests you try to purchase the 16G model at eBay, but at an inflated retail price of 30-40%.
