CMA Music Awards 2014: 'Country's Biggest Night' Nominees Announced On 'Good Morning America' By 'Wagon Wheel' Singer [VIDEO]
The Country Music Association Awards are 76 days away, but that does not mean country fans cannot find reasons to be hyped for show.
According to TV By The Numbers, Darius Rucker will be announcing the final nominees for the show on September 3, which is a Wednesday. The Country Star will make the announcement on Good Morning America Live from New York City. Later that night, Rucker will be performing at the Best Buy Theater in NYC for the 10th anniversary of the CMA Songwriters Series Show. Fans can live stream the performance at CMAsongwritersSeries.com.
For the seventh time, Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood will be hosting the award show, which will air on ABC Network November 5, 2014. Last year it was reported by Taste Of Country that the pair are the only two hosts in the room, with Paisley reminding the crowd how awkward it would be if anyone else was to host the show.
The award ceremony will be held at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, like previously in the past. Nashville is an attractive city for country, and this is why the city has and will continue to host "Country's Biggest Night.' The VIP Concierge explains that everyone in Nashville is a songwriter waiting for their change and big breakthrough.
CMA World began the balloting season in the middle of May, with extended details on balloting for Country's biggest stars to win awards at the show in November. Stay tuned for more information about the award ceremony as the date becomes closer.
