There are some big surprises headed to The Originals this fall and even the producers are having trouble keeping quiet on The CW drama's second season.

'The Originals' Prepares For 'Flying Bodies' & 'Flying Fists' In Season 2

"Saw something today on set that is so cool and I can't even talk about it for months and months it is KILLING ME #TheOriginals," tweeted producer Michael Narducci on Wednesday evening.

Narducci was able to reveal that they are currently in the process of filming episode 206 "deep in nature." The episode will include wolves and vampires, though the crew did struggle with an overwhelming yellow jacket problem.

"Everyone send @mattdirector some love," tweeted the producer, referring to veteran The Originals director Matt Hastings.

Hastings also boasted the start of episode 206, tweeting a photo of the remote swampland in which they were shooting. "Day 1. Episode #206. Swampin' it," he declared. It seems the scene will include actress Phoebe Tonkin (Hayley), though the director was careful not to divulge whether or not any of the other stars would be joining her on location.

No longer able to protect her own child, Hayley has lost herself. She also happens to be a newly minted hybrid and previews suggest she is not taking kindly to her new status. She will certainly be spiraling this season, which could make for some sinister scenes out in the middle of nowhere.

The Originals returns to The CW for a second season Monday, October 6 at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
