Gabrielle Union chose American designer Dennis Basso to bring her wedding dress vision to life.

The Being Mary Jane actress walked down the aisle in a white puffy gown with a sweetheart neckline. The dress was filled with beads, pearls and crystals. It also had a low back and high slit.

Basso shared a photo from Union's big day on Instagram, in which she smiled in her elegant gown and veil.

"Congratulations to the beautiful bride @gabunion and @dwyanewade she looks amazing in my gown #wedding #marriage #love #couture," the designer wrote as the caption.

“We literally built the entire bodice and corset specifically for her,” Basso told People magazine. “The entire dress is hand beaded with pearls and crystals. She wanted something that glistened without looking too ‘cha cha cha,’ still chic. The material was flown in from Italy. The skirt is perfectly draped to accent her shape and the slit gives the opportunity to show off the shoes and her great legs!”

Union, 41, and Miami Heat basketball player, Dwyane Wade, 32, wed on Saturday in Miami in front of a small group of family and friends.

The ceremony was a 1930s theme and the couple served Vanilla Puddin' Chardonnay to the guests who were asked to dress in white. All Of Me singer John Legend also serenaded the crowd.

This is the second marriage for Union, who was married to former football player Chris Howard from 2001 to 2006. It's also the second for Wade, who married his high school sweetheart in 2002, separated in 2007 and divorced in 2010.
