An upcoming fraud sentencing hasn't stopped Teresa Giudice of Bravo's The Real Housewives of New Jersey from getting paid as she made what could be her last promotional appearance to bring in more money before her federal hearing.

Teresa & Joe Giudice Settle $13.5 Million Bankruptcy Just Before Sentencing

She was scheduled to be at The Godfather, a restaurant in New Jersey Wednesday night where she signed bottles of her sparking wine line Fabellini, RadarOnline reported Wednesday. The distributor of Fabellini is said to have paid her $5,000 for signing the bottles for fans.

The Godfather also had specials all night for patrons. Giudice reportedly took home some of the profit from those sales as well. She confirmed her appearance via Twitter Wednesday.

"She is desperately trying to make sure she can make as much money as possible, before the potential prison sentence she is facing," an insider told the site.

Still, they also said she is not worried about her prison time of what could be 44 months behind bars.

The insider continued and said, "Teresa has been telling friends she doesn't think there is any way the judge will send her to prison because she is a mother of four girls."

The reality star and her husband, Joe Giudice, who is facing 47 months in federal prison, are said to have a game plan as to what they will tell the judge so she can escape jail time.

"Teresa is planning on saying she just went along with whatever her husband Joe gave her to sign, and never paid attention to the details."

Their legal team will also request the couple be given leniency and probation in exchange for time behind bars. In the meantime, Teresa uses the public appearances as a distraction. Their sentencing is set for September 23.
