A slew of new TV seasons and movies are coming to Netflix in October, including the second season of Arrow, Django Unchained and The Hunger Games: Catching Fire.

Netflix will begin streaming several movies and shows in October, as well as an exclusive comedy special.

Among the TV shows set to begin streaming in October are the second season of Arrow, which is available on Oct. 8, Hostages on Oct. 1, The Vampire Diaries Season 5 and Reign Season 1 on Oct. 2, The Originals Season 1 on Oct. 3, Hart of Dixie Season 3, Raising Hope Season 4, Supernatural Season 9 and The Following Season 2 on Oct. 7 and The Tomorrow People Season 1 on Oct. 9.

Later in the month, Last Man Standing Season 3 begins Oct. 18, Freakshow Season 2 on Oct. 23 and The Carrie Diaries Season 2 and Sons of Anarchy Season 6 premieres on Oct. 25.

The complete Gilmore Girls series will begin streaming on Oct. 1.

As part of her new deal with Netflix, Chelsea Handler is set to have her comedy special Uganda Be Kidding Me begin streaming on Oct. 10.

For the movie section, the aforementioned Hunger Games: Catching Fire and Django Unchained begin streaming on Oct. 21 and Oct. 25, respectively. Other noteworthy titles in October include Sleepless in Seattle, Romeo + Juliet, Rescue Dawn, Kramer vs. Kramer and Finding Forrester, all beginning on Oct. 1.

Other movies that will begin streaming throughout the month are Carrie (2013 version) on Oct. 2, In a World... on Oct. 7 and Rain Man on Oct. 31.
