It was hinted that the new cast of Breaking Amish would bring on the drama, but fans aren't finding themselves particularly fond of one of the new stars after he seemed to be very intent on cheating on the wife he left at home.

Matthias Calls The Amish 'Two-Faced'

Matthias, who was adopted into an Amish family and left his pregnant wife Courtney behind when he headed to Brooklyn for the show, has begun receiving a negative response from fans after he seemed to begin flirting with the girls from the show-Miriam, Vonda and Barbie-almost as soon as he started the show.

In the show's second episode, which showed the cast meeting up for the first time at a train station as they started their journey to New York, Matthias pulled fellow cast member Bates aside to talk about the girls.

"What do you think about these chicks back here?" he asked Bates during the episode

"You know, I have a girlfriend, I'm not looking for anything" Bates replied.

After he showed that he was potentially looking to cheat on his wife, fans took to the official Breaking Amish Facebook page to express their disgust over his behavior, commenting on a photo of him with his wife to call him a variety of names, including a "low life."

"I hope he does well but I think he's a dog hitting on sweet Miriam when his beautiful wife is sitting home carrying his child," one fan wrote.

"I think Matt's wife should seriously be considering 'Plan B!!!!!' He didn't even stop to catch his breath before hitting on the girls! He's not missing her at all, poor thing. Maybe her folks will let her come back home???" another added.

An earlier extended preview for the show's third season showed that Matthias may have actually taken things too far with Miriam, and Courtney's angry arrival in New York seems to hint that the two wound up sleeping together.

"Why'd you f***ing have sex with my husband?" she asked in the preview.

However, despite the drama, it appears Matthias and Courtney may have worked through their differences and are still married, as Starcasm reports that the couple is still happily together and have officially welcomed their baby as well.

Breaking Amish airs Thursdays at 10 p.m. on TLC.
