Fergie is back with a new single and a new L.A. attitude. After a six year hiatus, the Black Eyed Peas' leading lady released a new hit to jam out to the rest of the year called, L. A. Love.

Fergie has been busy since she released her last album, The Dutchess, in 2006. Since then, she's married her actor husband Josh Duhamel and had a beautiful baby boy named Axl, who recently turned one. But, with one listen, it's evident that she's still the same old Fergie-Ferg who sang hit songs London and Glamourous.

At midnight, the 39-year-old tweeted, "R u ready for this? #LALove," with an iTunes link to her new single. In the picture, she posed with super-producer DJ Mustard - who is responsible for the beat on her new single-- and a few others who looked excited for her new music.

The song seems to send love to LA and cities all over the world. "Uh, tell 'em where I'm from/ Finger on the pump, make the six straight jump/From SoCal, Hollywood to the slums, chronic smoke/Get burnt by the California sun," Stacy Ann Ferguson raps to start off the three-minute song. There has been no set date on when her new album will be available, but according to the latest updates on her social media accounts, she may have some heavy hitters like Snoop Dogg accompany her this time around.

She tweeted the picture below with the host of the BET Hip Hop Awards on Sept. 26.
