Maya (Karla Mosley) has been plotting to split up Rick (Jacob Young) and Caroline (Linsey Godfrey), and now, her plan to use Caroline's new work relationship with Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) against her appears to be working in her favor on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Maya Puts Her Plans Into Action

She successfully made Katie (Heather Tom) more paranoid about the relationship between the two, and now she will set her sights on getting Rick to become more suspicious as well-by trying to make Carter (Lawrence St. Victor) believe something is up..

"Those two can deny it all they want, but there is something going on and it's only a matter of time before everybody knows it," she says to him in a preview clip for the Tuesday, Oct. 7 episode.

Caroline Learns Ridge's Secret

However, she may not need to work too hard at making Rick suspicious about what's going on, because he will witness a close moment between his wife and brother as well-and will want answers about what's going on for himself.

"What's going on with you and Ridge?" he asks Caroline in the clip.

While Caroline will tell her husband the truth by saying that the only thing going on is that she and Ridge are designing together, she will still keep the promise she made Ridge to keep his secret-that he lost his ability to draw after the accident in Abu Dhabi.

"No one, not even my husband, knows that you temporarily lost your ability to draw," she says to Ridge.

However, because he's becoming less trusting of the close relationship between the two, Rick could eavesdrop-and will learn the shocking truth for himself once and for all.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on NBC.
