Nicholas Brendon, best known for his role as Xander Harris on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, was arrested for misconduct on Friday in Boise, Idaho.

The 43-year-old was in Boise for the annual Tree City Comic Con, when he reportedly got into an altercation at his hotel. Police received a call that night from witnesses for disturbances in the hotel lobby.

“When officers arrived, they found the suspect who showed signs of intoxication and repeatedly refused officers commands to stay seated while officers tried to speak with witnesses. When the suspect continued to try and walk away, officers took him into custody for resisting and obstructing,” according to a news release from the Boise Police Department.

The hotel staff even said Brendon broke a dish and they “wished to press charges.” The Criminal Minds actor was then booked into the Ada County Jail and charged with "malicious injury to property" as well as "resisting and obstructing officers." He has since made bail, but he may also face additional charges.

In his mug shot, Brendon appears with bloodshot eyes and what appears to be a bruise on his right cheek bone.

This isn’t the first time Brendon was in trouble with the law. In 2010, he was reportedly drunk again when he swung at cops and was then chased in Venice, Calif. The actor was even tased twice.

Brendon, who recently wed girlfriend Moonda Tee, has a history of alcohol abuse. In 2004, he announced on his website that he was heading to rehab.

''After realizing that I had a disease that was taking control of my life, I decided that the best way for me to regain my health was to enter a treatment facility,'' he wrote. ''I’m grateful for the love and support I’ve gotten from my wife, Tressa; my entire family; my business associates; and my friends.''
