The official ad leaks for Black Friday 2014 have begun, and the first company to have their ad made available online appears to be an upscale department store chain.

Wal-Mart Teases Huge Black Friday Discounts

Belk, a southern U.S. based luxury department store similar to Macy's and Dillard's is officially the first larger company to have their Black Friday ad posted to sites devoted to the leaks-and the retailer appears to be planning to offer major discounts throughout their stores beginning at 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving Night.

The ad touts that the 6 p.m. opening is the earliest ever time for the company, which will offer over 400 early bird specials from opening until 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 29. Three of the specials the company features on the first page of their ad are on women's shoes, sweaters, and luggage.

Four Huge Sales To Expect On Black Friday

Some of the biggest deals the retailer appears to be offering are:

1. 50-65 percent off toys and tech gifts

2. 65-70 percent off fine jewelry

3. Rampage Boots $19.99 (originally $59-89 each), with a free reusable tote bag when buying two or more pairs.

4. ND New Directions 5 piece luggage set for $39.99, down from $179.99

The company is also offering special incentives for shoppers to show up in stores for the sales as opposed to shopping online, including a gift card giveway where the first 250 customers at each store when they open their doors receiving a free gift card-with a guaranteed $100 winner in every store. In an effort to keep shoppers coming in at all points of the day, they will also offer special discount incentives at various times. From 6 p.m. Thursday to 1 p.m. Friday, shoppers can save an extra 20 percent off with their Belk rewards card, while shoppers can take an additional 25 percent off one single item from 12 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday. Rewards Card holders can also earn five times the points with their card from 7 a.m.-1 p.m. Friday, and anyone who comes in after doorbuster deals end at 1:00 can take $10 off their first $50 purchase, including on cosmetics and fragrances.

While Belk may be the first out to announce their sales and is the second to officially announce plans to open Thanksgiving Night (Macy's has also announced plans to open at 6 p.m.), several other retailers have remained firm on their policy of not opening their doors on the Thanksgiving Holiday, allowing their employees to enjoy the day with their families. Among them is their competition store, Dillard's, as well as other stores including Burlington Coat Factory, REI and American Girl.
