She had managed to successfully keep herself hidden from her enemies, but Ava Jerome's (Maura West) ability to keep herself away from trouble has officially ended on General Hospital.

Rosalie Warns Kiki About Ava's Plot

Perhaps an even more dangerous enemy than Sonny (Maurice Bernard) managed to find her-and now Nina (Michelle Stafford) appears able to succeed in her twisted plot against Ava-to prematurely deliver the woman's baby and take off with it-then leave Ava to die.

"It's time. Let's birth this baby," she says to Ava in a preview clip for the Tuesday, November 4 episode.

Nina managed to track Ava down and inject her with drugs that would cause her to go into labor early-and she fully intends to get what she wants. However, she could be running out of time, as her aunt, Liesl Obrecht (Kathleen Gati) has officially begun to grow suspicious of both her niece and her sister, Madeline (Donna Mills), after Madeline continued to hang out in her office at the hospital-and her prescription pad went notably missing.

Franco Reveals The Truth About AJ's Murder

"What prescriptions have you and Nina been writing?" Obrecht asks her sister in the clip.

And though Obrecht is also usually a questionable presence in Port Charles, if she learns what Nina is up to, she could sounds the alarm and attempt to save Ava.

Meanwhile, at the Haunted Star, Franco (Roger Howarth) finally revealed to Michael (Chad Duell) that Sonny was the one who killed AJ-and Carly (Laura Wright) knew about it-and now, the young Corinthos heir will demand his mother give him answers and the truth about his adoptive father murdering his biological one.

"For God's sake, tell me what happened!" he demands in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
