Hannibal's Will Graham and De. Lecter won't be together during the beginning of season 3, but that doesn't mean the former friends won't share the screen together.

The audience has seen Graham's (Hugh Dancy) mind palace as well as the unique way he sees the world during a murder case, and actor Mads Mikkelsen (Hannibal) believes the third season will utilize the profiler's mind once more.

"Flashbacks will make it very easy for us to be in scenes together again, but we also have the whole universe...the way Will Graham's mind is working leaves us an opportunity for Hannibal to play a role inside his mind somehow," Mikkelsen told Yahoo! TV. "So I'm sure we're going to use some of that as well."

When season 3 picks up, it will be nearly a year after the bloody "Mizumono" dinner. Hannibal will be living with Bedelia (Gillian Anderson) in Italy, but the chef won't be ready to recant his cannibalistic ways. While he selects his next victim, Graham will continue to track him down.
