With his boyfriend now out of the game, it looks like Reed Kelly is going to take desperate measures in order to stay in the game on CBS's Survivor: San Juan del Sur.

Should 'Survivor' Season 30 Feature 'All Stars,' Newbies Or Another Concept?

Josh Canfield was voted out of Survivor: San Juan del Sur during Wednesday night's episode, making him the first juror of the season and essentially signaling the death of his alliance members' games. Reed, Alec Christy, Keith Nale and Wes Nale are now in the minority and looking like they don't have much hope of overcoming this.

As shown in the preview for next week's episode, Reed is pretty much doing anything in order to stay in the game, seeming to believe that he might be the next one voted out.

Survivor host Jeff Probst spoke with Entertainment Weekly after the episode and teased Reed's desperation in addition to previewing a new challenge that will take place in the episode.

"Next week features a brand new challenge - something we've never done before that I think people will get a kick out of it. There's a clue in that answer," Probst hinted, "And Reed is definitely gonna do whatever it takes to stay in this game."

Probst's quip that people will "get a kick out of it" suggests that there will be a kicking component involved in the challenge, though it remains to be seen just how physical it is going to get.

Survivor: San Juan del Sur airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
