Showrunner Marc Guggenheim recently revealed the title for episode 12 of season 3 of Arrow

On November 14, Guggenheim tweeted an capture of the first page of the script for the episode, which is called Uprising. He also revealed that it would be written by Beth Schwartz and Brian Ford Sullivan, and directed by Jesse Warn.

The synopsis for the next episode, titled Draw Back Your Bow, was also revealed recently. In the episode a serial killer infatuated with the Arrow, a.k.a Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell), will commit murders to get his attention.

The vamp will be Carrie Cutter, who will played by guest star Amy Gumenick, and her deadly crush on Arrow's leading man will need to bea dealt with by Oliver. To make matters worse, Cutter kills people to get him to seek her out.

"AUSTIN BUTLER ("THE CARRIE DIARIES") JOINS THE CAST AS CHASE; OLIVER DEALS WITH CARRIE CUTTER - Oliver (Stephen Amell) must stop an Arrow-obsessed serial killer, Carrie Cutter (guest star Amy Gumenick), who is convinced that The Arrow is her one true love and will stop at nothing to get his attention. Unfortunately, her way of getting his attention is to kill people. Meanwhile, Ray (Brandon Routh) asks Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) to be his date for a work dinner with important clients. Thea (Willa Holland) auditions new DJs for Verdant and meets Chase (Austin Butler), a brash DJ with whom she immediately clashes. Rob Hardy directed the episode written by Wendy Mericle & Beth Schwartz (#307)."

Draw Back Your Bow will air on November 19.
