Could they be sisters? The Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow shared a new photo with funny woman Heather McDonald on her Instagram account on Friday, prompting many followers to comment about how similar the two women look like.

Dubrow captioned the photo with, "@heathermcdonald KILLED it last night at the @irvineimprov ! She is amazing! Go see her if you get the chance !"

Many of Dubrow's social networking followers noticed the similarity in features with the two women, commenting with, "You two could be sisters," along with, "These two look like twins! They are beautiful women." One commenter even suggested that Dubrow and McDonald are cousins, although that hasn't been confirmed.
Meanwhile, Dubrow has also gone on the record to slam her fellow Housewives costar Teresa Giudice and for the Bravo network for "keeping her on the payroll."
According to Reality Tea on Oct. 20, Dubrow made it clear that she doesn't want to be associated with a Housewife like Giudice and suggested that the network fire her.
She said in an interview, "I don't know them. I feel terrible for their children and their family, however, they did these things. They pled guilty. I loved when Teresa said, 'I'm going to do whatever I can to make it right,' but then I saw her on Andy Cohen's show last week and to me there was no remorse."
Dubrow also slammed the Giudices for hiding their assets to the very last minute, despite the fact that they were blatantly guilty of their crimes. She said, "Even on the day of their sentencing, they were hiding jewelry and they did not tell the court all their assets. They took money from people."
