Olympics 2012 Highlights Day 13: Usain Bolt, Ashton Eaton, Chen Ruolin Win Gold Medals at London Games

The Olympic Games 2012 completed the 13th day of competition Thursday with Jamaican runner Usain Bolt and American decathlon star Ashton Eaton shining among many athletes.

Track & Field

Men's 200m Gold Medal

Usain Bolt of Jamaica won the gold medal on the 200m finishing in 19.32 seconds.

Men's 900m Gold Medal

Kenya's David Rudisha won the gold medal Thursday and set a new world record with 1.40.91 minutes, besting his own world record.

Decathlon Gold Medal

Ashton Eaton of the United States won the gold medal in the decathlon ahead of the two-time world champion Trey Hardee.

Women's Soccer Gold Medal

Team USA won the gold medal. Team USA beat Japan 2-1 to avenge their painful loss in last year's World Cup

Waterpolo Women Gold Medal

U.S women won the gold medal Thursday for the first time ever

Taekwondo Women Gold Medal

Jade Jones from Britain won the first Olympic gold for the country on that event with a stunning victory over champion Hou Yuzhuo of China

Beach Volleyball Gold Medal
German's Jonas Reckerman and Julius Brink won the men's Beach Volleyball gold medal on Thursday defeating Alison Cerutti and Emanuel Rego of Brazil.

Diving Women's 10m Gold Medal
Chinese diver Chen Ruolin won the gold medal at the women's 10m Platform

She admits that in Virginia, at teh age of fourteen, she felt lonely at times when she was being treated "different" than her colleagues. She told the story of when another gymnast referred to her as their "slave."

Olympic gold medalist Gabby Douglas will make a pit stop in New York City on Thursday afternoon, Aug. 23.

The gymnast is scheduled to appear at Citi Field to throw out the first pitch for the Mets' 1 p.m. game against the Colorado Rockies.,The Flying Squirrel shared her excitement about her appearance through her Twitter account.
