It looks like the love story between Rayna and Deacon isn't over yet on Nashville.

On Wednesday, a promo was released that shows an intense moment from the Christmas episode that will air this December. Despite the fact that Rayna sings "Baby, It's Cold Outside" with her future husband, Deacon walks in and shares a deep conversation with the woman he's still in love with. She tells him that she's getting married in two weeks, but he still lets her know that he loves her...and that's never going to change.

This gives plenty of insight on how this will go down. Deacon may still be in love with Rayna, but that doesn't mean he's going to try to stop her from marrying Luke. As much as he wishes that things could've been different, he might still wish the best for her.

But what does this mean for Rayna? Will she change her mind about marrying Luke? Is some big crazy incident about to take place during her wedding?

According to Broadway World, this episode will have some other dramatic moments, including Will and Layla going to an event at Winterfest where they apparently arrive separately, but find "solace." Plus, Terry is going to sing for the crowd when she realizes that being in the spotlight might not be her main preference despite the fact that she gets a lot of praise.

Nashville airs on Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
