On Friday, Latina posted an interview with Cierra Ramirez (Mariana) where she revealed what's about to come in the winter premiere of the ABC Family series.

"There will definitely be a lot of drama dealing with modern day issues," she said. "It's an awesome show! It will make you laugh, cry and definitely keep you wanting more. It's so beautifully written."

The actress then revealed how the show has impacted her life.

"It has made me realize how amazingly blessed I am to be part of an awesome show that I feel is making history for dealing with modern day issues in such a 'real' way," Ramirez said.

If she wasn't spending so much time on The Fosters, the actress revealed another career she would consider trying out.

"Pursuing singing," Ramirez said. "I got into acting through singing and it's had to be put on hold for a bit because I'm so busy with The Fosters."

The Fosters winter premiere is set to air this January while the Christmas special airs on December 8 at 8 p.m. ET. In a video from Hollywood Life, Hayden Byerly (Jude) teased a certain scene that fans will not want to miss out on.

"There's a huge dinner scene at the end of the night that I think is my favorite scene and I don't want to say why, but people will find out very fast," Byerly said.
