Though many have speculated that she stayed with Baskett for the sake of their reality show, the 29-year-old mom of two's recent stint on I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! may be showing her divulging the real reason why she isn't divorcing him.

Wilkinson broke down on the show's most recent episode, telling her fellow cast members that Baskett suffers from depression for the first time-and she never believed she was there for him.

Kendra Wilkinson Says Hank Baskett Has 'Put In The Effort' To Repair Their Marriage

Wilkinson made the admission during a session sitting around the campfire with her fellow cast members, where they all spoke about their regrets.

"The only thing I can really say is not paying attention to severe depression with my husband," she said. "I wish to God I..." she said before breaking down in tears.

"There's such a thing as depression you know, even if you're a big guy, it's real," she continued. "You have to hear people's cries. Because I didn't. He came to bed so many times crying and he needed me you know, and I wasn't there for him."

Wilkinson later explained that revealing that previously unknown part of her story made her feel significantly better.

"It's something that's just been weighing on me for so long, and it's comforting to have these people around me comforting me through that," she said.

The confession could be Wilkinson admitting she felt guilty about what happened in her marriage-and she may have unintentionally revealed that the guilt was why she took Baskett back in the first place.
