The latest episode of FX's American Horror Story: Freak Show was a big one, with multiple major characters dying, but according to one of the show's stars, this is only the beginning.

Will 'American Horror Story's Sarah Paulson's Twins Survive Until End of Season?

SPOILER ALERT for latest episode of Freak Show:

Finn Wittrock, who plays petulant man-child Dandy Mott, recently spoke with E! Online about the increasingly psychopathic character killing his own mother, Gloria (Frances Conroy) and how it won't stop there.

"I'll just tell you that the next one, I think his body count might double," Wittrock said Thursday. "The next one really, honestly takes the cake. Even I'm scared."

Ultimately, Wittrock was surprised that Dandy would kill his own mother, though he "knew one of us had to go." After the scene was over, Wittrock said he "was like, 'Oh, boy! There's no turning back now, if there ever was.'"

While Dandy's psychotic side certainly draws from Patrick Bateman in American Psycho, Wittrock said that he examined the 1960 classic Psycho for inspiration, particularly the creepy mother-son relationship.

"There's a side to a child's mentality that is beautiful and innocent and there's a side that's totally self-centered and if that side never gets a chance to mature then I imagine it sort of becoming this monster," Wittrock explained.

Additionally, fans hoping to see Dandy with a love interest are probably out of luck. As Wittrock said previously, there's no turning back now and "I think his chances have been doomed."

Next week's episode of American Horror Story is titled Tupperware Party Massacre, so one can only imagine what Dandy has up his sleeve.

American Horror Story: Freak Show airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on FX.
