Former NBA player Lamar Odom is said to have finally signed his divorce papers almost one year to the date that Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Khloe Kardashian filed; but reports also say that Kardashian is hanging on to them before making their split official.

An insider revealed to Hollywood Life Thursday that Odom handed over the papers with his signature and told Kardashian that if she really wanted to be over, he was willing to back down. But Kardashian reportedly is not certain she wants her marriage to end. So she is apparently keeping them.

"She can have them filed officially or tear them up. But she's got them," the source said.

It looks like she might be leaning toward keeping her marriage together. A separate insider revealed that they have actually been hanging out and having secret meetings with one another just within the last couple of days.

"Make no mistake about it, Khloe and Lamar still see each other. When she's in Los Angeles, she makes time for Lamar and they've been hanging out together this month and last. I'm not saying they're having sex or not, I don't know, but they are in communication and do see each other."

Interestingly enough, Kardashian recently spoke on her split with Odom. 

"If I had my way I would still be married to Lamar. Like, even right now today, I wish I was still married to him."
