Divorce rumors continue to swirl for Bravo's The Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Teresa and Joe Giudice as new reports say that Joe will split from Teresa at a very vital time in her life.

A source broke the news to Radar Online Friday and said that Joe plans to file for divorce from Teresa while she is behind bars!

She is currently getting ready to begin her 15 month prison sentence after she and Joe pleaded guilty to serious fraud charges earlier this year. Joe will start his three year sentence when she is finished.

"Joe always felt pressure from Teresa to have the biggest house, best clothes, and luxurious vacations. While Joe does take responsibility for his role in the bankruptcy fraud case, it was all done under the pressure he felt from Teresa."

They added that the split will not be too difficult considering they dont have any assets to argue over.

"They owe more than $13.5 million to creditors, and there is just no money coming in."

They confirmed that Joe will be the provider for the couples four daughters, but Teresa will have to take care of herself. Rumor also has it that a close friend told the reality star about her husband's master plan, but she refuses to consider it valid.

"She simply shrugged it off! She is absolutely living in denial about going to prison, so Tersea doesn't think Joe would ever leave her, or file for divorce."

The source said Joe has begun the process and hired a lawyer.
