Millionaire playboy Dan Bilzerian has been in a lot of trouble lately, and it doesn't look like he'll be able to buy himself out of this one.

Two weeks ago, the poker player traveled to Miami to party with A-list celebs like Miley Cyrus, Wiz Khalifa and ASAP Rocky, but the rock star may have partied a little too hard.

During his appearance at a Miami nightclub, allegedly, the 'Instagram King' kicked a woman in the face and he may be heading back to jail in the very near future.

In addition to being banned from the venue, Bilzerian was also arrested last week at LAX for trying to create an explosive, and it seems as if he can't stay out of trouble.

According to People, Miami-based model Vanessa Catano, the woman who Bilzerian allegedly kicked, has reached out to authorities and she is seeking both actual and punitive damages.

"Bilzerian was on an elevated dancing platform," the documents said. The lawsuit continues by adding that the 34-year-old "violently and intentionally kicked plaintiff in the face while wearing what resembled military boots."

The party animal has reached out to People and now he is telling his side of the story.

He told the publication that "trashy gossip website that don't fact check" have purposely spread rumors about him and his says that he is innocent.

"The allegations being made about me are absolutely false," Bilzerian says. "I look forward to shedding light on what happened through proper channels."

Bilzerian's friends also reached out to People, adding that the misleading information is the furthest thing from the truth.
