Jodi Arias' Private Testimony From October Must Be Made Public According To Arizona Court Of Appeals

On Monday Arias' defense team first put Dr. Geffner on stand as reported by ABC15 Arizona. He is a psychologist who is a domestic violence expert.

It was reported Thursday by CBS 5 KPHO that Arias' attorneys, Kirk Nurmi and Jennifer Willmott, are continuing to portray Arias as a victim.

The testimony of a previous defense expert witness Dr. L.C. Miccio-Fonseca stated Travis Alexander emotionally abused Arias. Radar Online reported that Miccio-Fonseca testified that Alexander only wanted a "below the waist" relationship with Arias, but Arias "wanted Mr. Alexander to love her outside the bedroom."

Alexander constantly degraded Arias by calling her a "three hole wonder" and more, which caused emotional distress according to Miccio-Fonseca.

FOX 10 News Phoenix further reported Wednesday that Geffner followed the same tune as Miccio-Fonseca.

He described in detail Arias' upbringing and romantic relationships that led to him stating she was emotionally and physically abused many times.

Geffner reportedly spent the entire afternoon reconstructing her downward spiral, which led to her murdering Alexander. Geffner claimed Alexander charmed Arias and only used her for sexual desires.

While on the stand, Geffner read Arias' journal entries and emails, which allowed him to further portray her as a victim who reached her breaking point and therefore snapped, killing Alexander.
