Liam Hemsworth appeared on "Good Morning America" live via satellite on Thursday, Aug 16, to promote his new film "Expendables 2."

He spoke with anchor Josh Elliott from Philadelphia, where he is currently filming "Paranoia," and also discussed why he avoids the internet, his girlfriend Miley Cyrus and the upcoming film "The Hunger Games: Catching Fire."

The 26-year-old shared his thoughts on his girlfriend's new hair cut, saying, "Her hair looks great, it's a big change, it looks really fantastic."

He also revealed that preparations for the "The Hunger Games" sequel have already begun. The cast, including Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson, will begin filming soon.

"We're getting ready to shoot the second one and there's double the excitement in this one. It's more intense than the first one. The characters are evolving and the relationships are evolving, so it's gonna be really fun."
