Fans have been trying extra hard to get Red Band Society back on the FOX lineup, and some are extra hopeful that their efforts have indeed paid off.

Three Unaired Episodes Of 'Red Band Society' Will Be On In 2015?

The show's official Twitter page sent out a tweet Dec. 23 which gave fans hope the show could be coming back.

"Did you see it coming? #redbandsociety," the tweet, which accompanied a photo of Leo (Charlie Rowe) and Kara (Zoe Levin) read. The vague post caused several fans to speculate that their biggest dream had come true-and the show would return for a second season next fall.

"Sooooo there is going to be a season 2?!? This would be a awesome Christmas gift," one commented on the post.

"Isn't that from the part where Kara couldn't see? But I HOPE ITS FROM. THE. NEXT SEASON!!!!" another wrote

"THERES DEF A SECOND SEASON THIS IS SO EXCITING," another added.

However, some fans, believed the Tweet was simply referring to the unexpected fall finale hook-up between the two characters-after both had spent much of the season looking for romantic involvement with other patients-Emma (Ciara Bravo) and Hunter (Daren Kagasoff).

"Yes I saw it coming. They were vibing from the beginning," one fan wrote.

FOX announced they were halting production on the freshman series after 13 episodes back in November, and left the show off its Spring schedule, though no official announcement has been made on whether it will be cancelled.
