The Christmas celebrations continue in Salem on Days of Our Lives, as several members of the Horton, Kirakis, Brady and other families all gather to put conflicts aside in the spirit of the holidays.

Will Gets Closer To The Truth About Sonny and Paul

And while many members of the families have already had a wonderful start to their holiday season, others will be able to enjoy their Christmas Day celebrations perhaps a bit more than the ones they had on Christmas Eve.

Sonny (Freddie Smith) and Will (Guy Wilson) have been having a tough time lately in their marriage, after Will left for LA abruptly and then lied about why he came home. After spending much of Christmas Eve apart however, the two will be reunited with their daughter Ari on Christmas Day-and Sonny will be deeply moved by what he is given as a new official member of the family for Christmas.

Brady and Melanie Grow Closer

The Horton family has traditionally decorated their tree with ornaments that bear the names of all members of the great family, both past and present-and this year, now that Sonny and Will are officially wed, Sonny will receive one of his own-a move that he is truly touched by.

Meanwhile, Marlena (Deidre Hall) was pretty sure things with John (Drake Hogestyn) were truly good and over after she barely heard from him while he was in Europe-but both she and Brady will be in for a delightful surprise when he arrives back in Salem to spend the holidays with them-and his return may allow for the three to truly work on their relationship once more.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
