Last Tuesday, TVLine's founder and editor in chief Michael Ausiello dished some details on the final season's premiere.

Ausiello revealed U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) will be in Mexico during the final season premiere where his U.S. Marshal's badge won't provide him with any leverage.

Ausiello posed the question, "But when has that ever stopped him from getting what he needs?"

He further divulged that there is a major "abrupt and shocking" moment that will lead to viewers leaping out of their seats.

The premiere episode is called Fate's Right Hand as reported by The Futon Critic earlier this month. Michael Dinner, Fred Golan and Chris Provenzano wrote the final premiere episode and Dinner directed it.

The synopsis for the episode is that Raylan guides Ava Crowder (Joelle Carter) through the process of informing on Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins). He tries to turn Boyd's old ally Dewey Crowe (Damon Herriman) against him as well. During all of this plotting by Raylan, Boyd is working to pull off a daring heist right under Raylan's nose.

The Graham Yost series will conclude with 13 episodes in this final season. Zap2it revealed the titles of episodes two through five, which are, Cash Game, Noblesse Oblige, Trash and the Snake and Sounding.

Justified returns for its sixth and final season starting Jan. 20 at 10 p.m. ET on FX.
