New Year's Eve NYC 2015: Cheap Bars Without Cover & More Choices To Celebrate

Rolling in the New Year can be quite pricey in New York City, but there are still some options for partygoers on a budget.

The Manhattan bars below are promising a good time at a bargain while bringing in 2015.

Mercury Bar:

Summit Bar:

Pianos:

With a Carnival Masquerade Ball theme, the bar has two packages for its dance party. For $25, partygoers get one free drink and a complimentary glass of champagne at midnight.
