Basketball player Lamar Odom is still said to be MIA as E!'s Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Khloe Kardashian wants to finalize her divorce more than a year after she filed.

While many fans wondered if Kardashian changed her mind in calling it quits on marriage with Odom, TMZ has reported Sunday that she simply cannot find Odom to meet with him.

In fact she has tried several times. Still, the entertainment news site was able to catch up with Odom less than a month ago. He did not seem fazed about the split.

He told them as he was leaving a Los Angeles night club, "I've never been better in my life."

If Kardashian and Odom cannot meet to come to an agreement regarding their marriage or divorce, Kardashian's filing it will go into default soon.

Interestingly enough, in the most recent episode of Kourtney & Khloe Take The Hamptons, Kardashian confessed that she was not ready to move on with her new boyfriend French Montana as she is still wedded to Odom. She even confessed that she began to date the I Ain't Got No Worries rapper because she was "lonely" and "destructive."

"It's nothing against French. I just don't want a boyfriend. I jumped into something because I was looney and destructive. But now I'm like, I just want to be alone. I gotta grieve. I'm still married."

Scott Disick agreed that she needed to "grieve your old marriage."
