‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Melanie & Brady Share An Unexpected Kiss For New Year’s Eve [PHOTO]
Their moment together on Christmas Eve led to some unexpected feelings for one another, and now, Brady (Eric Martsolf) and Melanie (Molly Burnett) will take things one step further on Days of Our Lives.
The two BFF's have been growing closer ever since Melanie's return to Salem. Brady first helped rescue her from the casino security people who came to collect the money she fleeced from them, and later helped her out when Anne (Meredith Scott Lynn) and Theresa (Jen Lilley) tried to keep her from getting her job back at the hospital.
Since then, they also shared a romantic moment gazing at the stars on Christmas Eve-and Melanie had been flustered around Brady ever since, alarmed by her unexpected feelings for her long-time friend. She has even gone so far as to try and avoid her friend so she doesn't have to face the feelings she has.
However, Brady will have enough of her running away from him and demand answers about what is bothering her-causing both to finally acknowledge what's happening between them. Then as midnight approaches, they will find themselves taking the next step-and sharing an unexpected and passionate kiss.
While they potentially find new love in the New Year however, another young couple in Salem will hit the point of no return when it comes to saving their relationship, as JJ (Casey Moss) finally confesses to Paige (True O'Brien) why they can no longer be together. He ended things for good with her, and when she demands answers, he will be forced to give her the truth-he cheated on her. And while he won't admit that he cheated twice with her mother, Eve (Kassie DePaiva), the truth will devastate Paige to no end.
Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
