Finding Carter Season 2 is a working progress right now with filming about to begin.

'Finding Carter' Creator Says Filming Will Begin 'Soon!'

On Saturday, the Finding Carter Twitter fan page released a minor detail on how things are going with the second season of the MTV drama. According to a post, it's only a matter of days before the cast and crew officially begins filming.

"preproduction for #FindingCarter has started. Filming starts next week!" the tweet says.

'Finding Carter' Promo Says All Will Be Revealed

There have been little hints here and there on the production details and based on this, it looks like the episodes are coming slowly but surely.

A lot of wild moments took place in the season finale last fall. Carter got kidnapped by her fake mother again, leaving insight on what's going to happen next. Is Carter going to be able to escape or will Lori just let her go? Or will it be something terrifying?

Another big scene was when Max broke it off with Taylor after she was trying too hard to take care of him in the hospital. Last September, MTV posted a behind-the-scenes clip where Anna-Jacoby Herron (Taylor) dished on the scene with hope that these two characters will be able to work things out.

"I hope that they come back together and find what they had before," Herron said. "Hopefully."

There is no official date on when the second season of Finding Carter will air, but it'll likely be sometime this summer.
