He has been secretly pining for her as she worked on trying to fix her marriage to Rick (Jacob Young), but Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) will finally make his feelings known to Caroline (Linsey Godfrey) on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Maya Begins Questioning Rick's Feelings

She and Ridge were caught up in a scandal after they shared a few kisses while designing together, and she has been working on trying to get back her marriage to Rick ever since-but has finally begun to realize that he has no interest in rekindling their love and wants to move on with Maya (Karla Mosley). And even though the truth that she can't save her marriage is beginning to dawn on her, she still will have a hard time coping with the truth.

"I don't like feeling like I've failed," she says to Ridge in a preview clip for the Thursday, Jan. 15 episode.

Ridge Gives Rick A Big Warning

And though he has supported her in her attempts before, now, Ridge will push for Caroline to instead switch her focus to someone else-specifically him. And after the passionate kiss he plants on her, he will finally confess how he feels, and assure her it isn't all some ploy.

"I'm not seducing you," he says to her in the clip.

And though Caroline may still be hesitant at the thought of giving in to a relationship with Ridge, he will continue trying to make a case for them to be together-admitting that since they have both lost the people they were with before, there's nothing stopping them from exploring their potential as a team now.

"The only thing that's left is wanting something that we've never had before," he says to her in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday--Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
