Bow Wow and Love & Hip Hop New York star Erica Mena have faced lots of criticism since announcing their engagement last year. But now the rapper and actor has put his relationship back in spotlight after he slammed singer Mya for putting on a strip show.

It all began when Bow Wow joined in on the negative comments regarding Mya's performance.

He took to Facebook Jan. 24 and wrote, "Mya is a stripper now? If not who advised that it was smart to perform and dance on the stripper stage.."

He also added a crying laughing emoji.

What he might not have expected was for fans to not only comment and slam him, but come for his own relationship. Apparently many thought the CSI: Cyber actor should have stayed quiet about Mya stripping given the reputation Mena has had in the past involving other men.

"The same person that told you it was a good look to wife Erica, you gets no points for this post."

"Bow you my boy, but you sound stupid coming for a woman. Then you're the first one calling people haters when they come after yours."

"Lol I hope he watches love and hip hop then he won't be talking cuz his girl is a h** on that show".

"U got room to talk about some one when Ur [girl] is an ex escort worker...boy get it together!"

Bow Wow and Mena shocked fans when they announced their engagement back in September 2013. Since then, they have been defending their whirlwind romance and relationship. Their wedding is scheduled for this April.
