Big Sean is finally addressing claims made by his ex-fiance, Naya Rivera.

Big Sean Dishes On Relationship With Ariana Grande: 'We Are Happy'

After their highly publicized split in April 2014, Rivera reportedly claimed on Twitter that Big Sean had stolen a Rolex from a woman's house, and said he may have done it because she was making more money than him at the time. Now, in a new interview, Big Sean is setting the record straight.

"First of all, why would I have to steal a Rolex?" the rapper asked in the new issue of Complex Magazine. "Second of all, every Rolex that I have, I have receipts for, papers for, certificates of authenticity for. I would never steal a Rolex from anybody. You see [Naya's] tweet got deleted in like 20 seconds."

Big Sean To Appear on Eminem's New Album

Big Sean and Rivera, of Glee, began dating in April 2013, and announced their engagement in October of that year. However, just three months before they were set to wed, the couple parted ways. Oddly, Rivera kept her wedding date of July 19, 2014, with actor Ryan Dorsey in Big Sean's place.

"I felt like it was unnecessary drama ‘cause in my eyes it wasn’t true," Big Sean continued of the allegations. "I wasn’t surprised by it. Even though I didn’t steal anything, I wasn’t surprised by it.”

At the time he and Rivera split, Big Sean released a statement to Us Weekly, via his rep.

"After careful thought and much consideration, Sean has made the difficult decision to call the wedding off," the statement read. "The recent rumors and accusations reported by so called or fake sources are simply untrue."
