Fresh off a big win for Video of the Year at the MTV Video Music Awards, Rihanna announced the North American dates for her 2013 Diamonds World Tour.

The tour will kick off in Buffalo, N.Y., on March 8, 2013 and return to the Empire State for the final show on May 4 at Brooklyn's new Barclays Center.

Tickets for the North American leg of the tour go on sale beginning Friday, Sept. 14.

The tour dates span 27 cities across America, and more shows are expected to be added soon.
