The guys of 5 Seconds of Summer are currently in Los Angeles working on new music, but they'll be flying to Japan for their first time ever this weekend and their drummer is a little nervous, but excited.

5 Seconds of Summer's Michael Clifford & Calum Hood Collaborate With Simple Plan

Ashton Irwin revealed in a video on the band's Twitter account Wednesday how he's feeling about the upcoming 5SOS gigs in Japan.

Irwin and his bandmates Michael Clifford, Luke Hemmings and Calum Hood will headline a show on Feb. 25, but they'll also open four shows on One Direction's On the Road Again Tour.

Did 5 Seconds of Summer's Michael Clifford Prank One Of His Bandmates?

"I'm excited to see you guys," Irwin revealed in the video he posted, adding, "I'm a little scared, but nervous as well."

He then panned to his bandmate Hemmings who was strumming an acoustic guitar while being as cool as a cucumber. Hemmings did not let on if he was feeling mixed emotions about the trip to Japan like his bandmate was.

Irwin even shared a photo of Hemmings playing his acoustic guitar on the band's Twitter.

The drummer then got a tad emotional on his personal Twitter account.

"Thanks for sharing us with the world," he gushed.

He revealed he's "so excited" for all the touring and other "stuff" that's coming up in the future.

He also thanked fans for buying tickets to come see the band.
