It looks as though Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott really have done a great job of blending their Hollywood families together. The actor shared a rare photo of his daughter Stella hanging on to her stepbrother Jack in a photo they took with their father on his Instagram account this past weekend. Jack is McDermott's son with his ex-wife, Mary Jo Eustace.

McDermott captioned the photo with, "The Thai Food Trio. Having lunch at Thai and I in Encino."

McDermott's Instagram followers seemed to be just as surprised with the pic as they captioned it with, "Wow !!! Your oldest son looks just like u. All your kids are beautiful. Glad u and tori kept your family together," along with, "Dean your son is so handsome! I love this pic of the kids. It's so nice to see!"

Meanwhile, McDermott was forced to go on the record to explain why he met up with Eustace recently.

According to Extra TV on Saturday, McDermott says that he still keeps in touch with his ex-wife because the two co-parent their 16-year-old son Jack together.

He told Extra TV, "The rumors are ridiculous. It's shocking! An ex-husband and ex-wife getting together to discuss their 16-year-old son."

Spelling and McDermott have been married since 2006, following his divorce from Eustace.
