Carrie Underwood has been keeping to herself a lot this week.

Why Carrie Underwood Might Be Struggling With Final Stretch Of Pregnancy 

Back in January the country star announced that she was done flying for a while, having reached a point in her pregnancy where she could no longer board a plane. As a result, Underwood has spent a great deal of time at home in Nashville over the last few weeks. Strangely enough, the mother-to-be has remained pretty quiet.

The 31-year-old Little Toy Guns singer, who usually spends plenty of time on social media, hasn't posted anything on Twitter or Instagram in over a week. This of course would not seem so odd if she was out on the road, but considering she's been in Nashville for a while now the singer should have at last shared an updated pic of her dogs, Ace and Penny.

Carrie Underwood Continues To Look For The Right Baby Name 

So what's up? Did Underwood secretly go into labor and have the baby? It would certainly explain why she's been MIA. Or perhaps the singer is merely exhausted and enjoying her well-deserved break at home before giving birth and touring with her son this June.

Either way, both Underwood and her NHL player husband, Mike Fisher, are looking forward to spending some quality time with their little guy.

"I think it's going to be awesome," Fisher told The Tennessean on Feb. 12.

"I've always trued to balance things out in life," added the 34-year-old. "I think it's important, and obviously kids are going to add a different dynamic that I can't wait for."
